You can become a Gator Tough Wooden Buildings Affiliate. In just 5 minutes of your time you can register someone you know (or many persons or businesses)(see strict non-sharing privacy policy) who could be interested in a Garage, 1-3 bedroom home, Cottage or Cabin. You can register as many potential buyers as you want, and as often as you want.

Here's how it works.

Fill in your name, email and address and then fill in your Friend's or acquaintance's (including a business) name, email and address. They MUST want to build in Alabama or Florida ONLY and want their building built within 150 miles from Pensacola Fl.

Then what happens?

An email will be sent to him or her stating that you request they check our website out (this is not spam!) and/or visit us. Information is recorded in our private database of all the information along with the date recorded. An email is sent back to you showing who you registered and when (keep as proof).

What else should I do?

Well, you could call the person yourself and tell them to visit our website and/or suggest for them to come onto our Lot, full of building displays.This could greatly increase the chances of them visiting us and your chances of being paid. You could also come to our Lot and further educate yourself on our great products. But, you don't have to do anything else if you don't want to. This should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

How much do I get paid and when do I get paid?

For any building sold 400 square feet (s.f). to 700 s.f you will earn $500.00 ...and any building 701 s.f. and larger you will earn $1000.00. *All 2 car Garages or larger pay out $1000.00 no matter the square footage.You will be paid after final payment from the buyer, after the building is constructed. Payments to you will be made within 2 weeks after final payment from Buyer.

What, for example, if my Buyer buys 5 garages in 12 months?

You will make $5000.00

What if a developer friend of mine buys 100 buildings at once or buys 100 buildings in the next 10 years?

You are going to make a lot of money. You will be paid once any one building is completed along with final payment successfully received, even it's 10 years from now. That person/business is your referral forever (but keep records as proof)

Can I register myself as a buyer?

Yes, provided no one else has done so already. First come, first served.

What if the person or business I register doesn't buy for about 2 years, will I still earn my referral pay?

Yes, There's no time limit at this point (subject to change) in the future for any referral recorded . You get paid after the building is completed and final payment is received from the Buyer.

Is it possible that a name and address is already reserved and referred?

Yes, and if there's a match then you should receive an email stating that this person or business has already been referred. The first person who refers someone else is entitled to the commission. If more than one person is claiming a referral is earned then the one who can prove that they registered the Buyer first will be entitled to a commission. Please make sure you spell their name or business name correctly.

Am I considered an independent contractor?

Yes

Can I refer 100's of people and businesses in the Pensacola Fl area?

Yes, there's no limit.

Will Gator Tough Buildings call, write to, email or spam the buyer that I am going to refer?

NO, it's all up to you (except the spam, no spam allowed)
