This Garage/Storage building has been approved for the North Hill Historic area. This building will house a scuba compressor as well as scuba euipment but could be used for just about anything. This building includes a wood lap siding, concrete slab, truss system, one 9' garage door, one set of french door and a shingled roof. Permits and plans are also included.
